The left mass rises vertically, a pale cream and ochre column flecked with dark branching cracks that spread across its surface like lichen or crazed varnish. The right mass is broader and warmer, glowing amber and honey gold at its core and dissolving into rust and deep brown at its lower edges. Both surfaces have a crusted, mineral quality, as if gilded plaster had flaked and oxidized. A pale channel of smoke separates them through the center, and near the bottom of that gap sits a small dark form topped with a white highlight, the only compact, solid shape in the frame.\n\nThe gray tonality here reads quite differently from the LightBlast series.
